Acer aims to develop and expand its portfolio by 2021, and the brand is already starting to establish itself in the market. In an effort to redesign its user interface, Acer has added a few new devices to its existing Chromebook and Travelmate line.
All these devices are designed to make education much easier and user-friendly. Most of these devices are designed specifically for classrooms.

Notebook TravelMate Spin B3
The TravelMate Spin B3 features a military design with functional and powerful Intel Pentium Silver processors that ensure flawless operation and high performance.
The device also has a backup that allows for up to 12 hours of use, giving students uninterrupted learning. It is equipped with a padded bumper, which makes it extremely rugged and durable.
The device’s touchscreen is protected by a Gorilla antimicrobial corner glass to prevent smudges and scratches. It also has all the necessary input and output ports for a seamless connection.
Acer Chromebook 511
Acer has also expanded its Chromebook line with the latest 11-inch devices, the first of which is the Acer Chromebook 511. This 11.6-inch laptop creates an optimal digital environment for seamless learning that works for both students and school administrators.
The device supports up to 20 hours of battery life and is powered by a Snagdragon 7c processor with optional LTE 4G connectivity. It also has an impact-resistant construction for added durability.
Acer Chromebook 311
The Acer Chromebook 311 is another compact and portable product that completes the Chromebook range. It is specifically designed for students from kindergarten through grade 12 to improve their academic performance.
It is powered by the MediaTek MT8183 processor and meets the latest industry and safety standards. The surrounding area of the unit has padded bumpers for better protection.
The 11.6-inch touchscreen is very responsive and fast. This battery also has a usage time of up to 20 hours for uninterrupted learning. It is also supported by the latest antivirus and Chrome OS.
Acer Chromebook Spin 512 and Acer Chromebook Spin 511
Acer has not only launched compact 11-inch Chromebooks, but has also added two convertible Chromebook models – the Acer Chromebook Spin 512 and the Acer Chromebook Spin 511 – to its portfolio. Both devices feature an antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass touchscreen to protect the screen from scratches and bumps.
The Acer Chromebook Spin 11 has a beautiful 11.6-inch IPS display with 16:9 resolution. The Chromebook Spin 12, on the other hand, features a 12-inch IPS HD display with a 3:2 aspect ratio.
The units also feature military tested construction for increased durability and improved housing shock resistance.
They also feature the latest input/output connections with reinforced metal plates for added protection and durability.
The devices also feature Intel N4500 and N5100 processors and feature flexible 360-degree hinges for a convertible design with four different operating modes. Both devices also work with the latest Chrome operating system for a responsive user experience.
These Chromebooks are equipped with 8GB of RAM and 64GB of eMMC.

The TravelMate Spin B3 laptop will be available in North America in April 2021 for a starting price of $329.99.
The Acer Chromebook 511 will be available in North America in April 2021 for a starting price of $399.99.
The Acer Chromebook 311 will be available in North America in January 2021 for a starting price of $299.99.
