2. Troubleshooting RAM using Windows Memory Diagnostics
- Press the key combination Windows + S to search for the utility.
- Enter the memory in the search field.
- Click Windows Memory Diagnostics to open the window of this utility.

7. Restoring Windows 10 to a previous date
- Right-click on the Start button and select Run.
- Type this command in the Run menu and press Enter: rstrui.exe.
- Click Select another restore point and then click Next.
- To open the full list of data, select the Show more restore points check box.
- Select the date of the restore point that preceded the Hypervisor_Error BSOD problem on your desktop or notebook computer. If you don’t know which one to choose, choose the oldest restore point.
- Click Next to continue, and then select Done.
Message: Any software installed after the selected restore points will be deleted. In the System Restore window, click the Find Affected Programs button to see which software will be removed by the selected restore point.
