Good morning, ladies, gentlemen and non-binary friends! I am the sole Hyper10sion, producer, writer and (most importantly for this post) the man of Lore’s power levels! I was overwhelmed by my senior year of college and my work in the sports industry. But Viego inspired me, as did Isolde’s upcoming release after him. I’m back with the 55. Anniversary Edition of the Traditional Power Levels.
Therefore, this paper will be divided into three parts: New additions, updates and updates. The newbies will be the champions I’ve been missing lately: Samira, Serafina and Rell. Then there are updates to the whole legend since my last post, then there are additions like planning for the future team and future champions.
I’m not going to cover all the champions on this list because I’ve already done it three times since 2016 and I doubt people will still want to read the champions without updates. These are just the champions that have changed or been newly introduced since the last position.
Before we start, let’s see how I cover the champions. I look to a canonical legend, or one that has not been superseded by things like improvements or revisions, to objectively assess the strength of the legend’s champions. This means there is no pre-Azir cinema, no Lor Institute, and no logging trench. This will not be a list based on combat skills, although they are a factor. I look at their physical abilities, magical powers, and accomplishments to evaluate the champions and place them in one of my five levels.
Reminder: These levels are as follows:
Room Level : Formerly known as God’s Plan, but renamed to be confusing, this plan is meant for space plan beings. The lowest level of power a being on this plane should have is the power to affect an entire planet. They are immortal, harmless in the night, extremely powerful and almost as old as time itself. Just to point out that the beings on that plane claim they are not gods.
Transcendental level: This level is about creatures with incredible powers that can single-handedly destroy a city or do things outside the normal realm of possibility. These beings are physically more than human and can tolerate much more than a human with the same level of ability. They are practically immortal, or very close to it. These beings avoid the cosmic plane and confine themselves to its boundaries, usually to a single zone in Runnestra.
Precursor animal: They are champions whose capabilities are comparable to those of the military or who have non-combat capabilities of a similar magnitude. Some of them would be surpassed if they had no human or apparent weakness, but were still extremely strong.
Animal Magus: This level consists of champions who are not powerful enough to be part of the Harbinger level, but are certainly more than a physically exceptional person. Most of these champions have a size, strength, or magical power greater than what a mortal champion could normally achieve.
Deadly level: They’re champions who aren’t bad yet, but they don’t have the power of a Magus-level champion. Most of them are only experienced human warriors or rely on weapons/mountains for their strength. Most human champions will be at this level, as will many of your favorites.
Limbaugh: These champions are more or less on the move. There’s not enough concrete history to officially assess their strength, or they didn’t show up at all, so we can’t judge.
Let’s start at ……..
Basic power levels: 5th birthday update
Beginner
Samira, Desert Rose
Sources:
Bio, Daredevil Impulse,
Samira may not possess magical powers, but she is a specimen at the peak of her physical condition. She can make transitions from the horizontal to the vertical plane, a very complex acrobatic technique that requires enormous strength and balance of the upper body. While its latitude indicates its ability to block projectiles, tradition does not indicate the extent of this rapid response. This ambiguity, combined with her fights with Darius not having much difference in speed, makes her look like an extremely athletic person. As a result, she got stuck in the death phase.
Level : Mortality rate
Seraphim, Song of the Starry Eye
Sources : Bio, standing Only
Seraphine doesn’t seem powerful at first glance, but it has a power output that is actually quite practical. The seraphim can sense a person’s true intentions, right down to their secret desires. She exposes it in her colorful story, where she can pick certain people out of the crowd, listen to them sing, and then read them like a book. While this skill has virtually no use in battle, it is incredibly powerful and practical and allows you to tackle interpersonal communication on your own. For anyone who has played DnD, of course, it’s understandable.
Edit: As U/Handsometaco angrily explained to me, Seraphim’s level of perception is uncertain without a board. So I’ll leave them in the dark for now.
Step: Limbaugh – from magic to death
Rell, Iron Maiden
Sources : Bio, second grave,
Rell is, not surprisingly, a damaged power plant. Not only is she a physically formidable fighter, but she also has a very strong magnetic ability. In her trailer, she used it to crush someone with incredible ease. In the same content, this ability manifests in a decent range and can move faster than Rell himself. The practical and martial applications of this skill are almost endless. In addition to its magnetic capabilities, it can also superheat the metal it controls, shaping it at will. In fact, she has become very good at molding the metal around her to the level of a skilled craftsman. These combined skills are extremely powerful, and Rell has shown that he moves seamlessly from offense to defense. Due to the unknown extent of her abilities, she is not accepted into Harbinger Stadium.
Step: Solenoid
Updates
Climbing stairs
The kitchen, the power of Demacia
Yeah, you read it right. You may be wondering: Hyper, I don’t remember any updates that Garen has received recently. You’d be right, he hasn’t gotten any real updates lately. Rather a mistake on my part, due to a neglected detail that changed Garen’s position. In Lux’s comic, Garen does this. You may be wondering: What am I looking for? Look closely at the bottom right corner where he pierces the stone arch bridge. Also note how he beat him. It swings in the middle of the bridge and not against the fiber, where the bridge is structurally weakest. He breaks a stone bridge several feet thick at its strongest point and practically crushes it to dust with a single sword. That’s not what the average citizen does.
Update : Crossing the Magus River
Master Ii, Uju mes man
Like Garen, Yi also likes to swing a sword and cut things. But Yee likes to cut the swords of literal giants. They are basically giant metal plates that are machined for combat, so they are designed to withstand the things they pierce. He cut that thing in half in the Blade of Poetry with no problem. This is not normal power, as Yi channels magic through his blade to generate the power needed to strike. This means that Yi, like Jin, can use chi and send it to objects to improve or perfect themselves. This would be the first time since 2014 that the meditation skill Yi would truly become canonical, sending Master Wuju to the top.
Update : Crossing the Magus River
Sona, Brotherhood of Strings.
So it’s a little controversial, but I’m making it official. With her updated legend, Sona is indeed magically connected to Ethval. This means that the object that allows him to use all his powers is authorized under the rule of the key lock. She can freeze people in place, make them shoot into the air and turn them into real dolls. This allows Sonya to finally be promoted in the rankings. Now people can stop reporting me on Sonya. It’s literally all the lists.
Update : Crossing the Magus River
Thalia, stone cutter.
Talia, like Garen, benefits from the previous content. With Senna’s release,
has become an official hottie. In this video, Talia shows extraordinary speed while surfing her Terrakinesis. It allows the creation at high speed of a tunnel with a diameter of at least six meters and a length of at least 15 meters in a few seconds. This suggests that the current level is much higher than expected. Compared to the most famous earthling, Toph, Thalia shows much more power in a much shorter time frame. This raises Talia to a level and makes her the first standard mage to reach that level.
Update : Moved to Harbinger’s level.
Rejection of the card
Pike, gate blood tear
Pike is the only champion to fall in this update. The main reason for her fall is very similar to the reason Evelyn fell in the previous reviews, neither in fact nor in others. (Pike to other spectral entities, Evelyn to other demons) Pike reforms after each of his kills and can cross the walls in phase. However, in canonical history, he has not yet used this ability in battle. This seems to imply that its intangibility requires an adjustment or something. This, combined with his lack of practical skills or offensive bounce, takes him down a notch.
Update : Crossing the Magus River
This is a.
flag, night fighter.
It’s a pretty simple explanation. Vayne apparently has some form of invisibility, but we don’t know if it’s magic she possesses or an artifact at her disposal. She is therefore temporarily transferred to Limbaugh until a concrete answer is found. Update : Death in limbo.
Additional and future expenditure
Some of you may have noticed that I haven’t posted in a while, and that’s because of my work at airports and the holidays that leave me little time. However, I will try to be faster with the lists from now on.
Then we have Viego, the king of doom, who gets a grade when his story is published in color. He already seems to be elite in terms of power, but I’ll wait for color history to note him so he can be fully scouted as a champion.
Dr. Mundo is unlikely to get an update if his knowledge remains largely unchanged. It’s like a reworked version of Akali that I didn’t update for because it had almost no real changes in its capabilities, which I think will happen again with Crazy von Zaun.
Isolde, the queen of the ruins, is likely to become the next new champion after her husband Viego and will be treated as such in due course. I’m excited and I hope their title is something like Weaver of Souls or Shambara of the Damned or something.
After them we have a champion of the Templars and a champion connected to Bandle City, the latter probably being Nora, the owner of Yuumi.
But I can assure you that I am not done yet, in fact I still have a part-time job in the sports industry and I am about to graduate.

That’s all we have for now, next time I catch you scoring for Viego, the king in ruins.
2020 will satisfy both classic and modern players. To be included in the list, the game must be confirmed for 2020, or there must be a compelling reason to publish it in that year. Therefore, upcoming games with a simple announcement and no major release date will not be considered.
By 2020, there will be a ton in the world of video games. Here are fifteen games waiting for you in the first half of 2020.
